New combination therapy shows promise in metastatic pancreatic cancer
The early‑stage, phase‑2 study of motixafortide, cemiplimab, gemcitabine and nab‑paclitaxel in 11 treatment‑naïve patients with metastatic pancreatic cancer reported a median progression‑free survival of 9.7 months, a median overall survival of 10.1 months, and one patient with an exceptional pathologic complete response that persisted for more than three years after surgery.
