The addition of zanidatamab‑hrii (Ziihera) to chemotherapy with or without tislelizumab (Tevimbra) exhibited significantly improved progression‑free survival (PFS) and overall survival (OS) compared with chemotherapy and trastuzumab (Herceptin) as a frontline treatment for patients with HER2‑positive locally advanced or metastatic gastroesophageal adenocarcinoma.
