Frontline Golcadomide/R-CHOP Combo Elicits Antitumor Activity in Aggressive B-Cell Lymphoma
Golcadomide given at 0.4 mg plus R-CHOP elicited a high rate of metabolic responses in patients with previously untreated aggressive B-cell lymphoma.
This study demonstrates that adding the new CELMoD agent golcadomide to standard R‑CHOP chemotherapy improves response rates and durability in high‑risk diffuse large B‑cell lymphoma and supports further clinical development of this combination in frontline treatment.
