This study investigated the occurrence of progressive multifocal leukoencephalopathy (PML) in patients with multiple myeloma receiving bispecific antibody (BsAb) therapy.
It is unknown whether use of BsAbs increases risk of PML in multiple‑myeloma patients, an important safety question for clinicians and patients.
