Pivotal Trial Initiated for Inobrodib Combination in R/R Multiple Myeloma
The first patient has been treated in DOMMINO‑1 (NCT07096778), a pivotal phase 2 clinical trial evaluating inobrodib (CCS1477) in combination with pomalidomide (Pomalyst) and dexamethasone (InoPd) in heavily pretreated patients with relapsed or refractory multiple myeloma (R/R MM).
The DOMMINO‑1 phase 2 trial (NCT07096778) evaluates the oral combination of inobrodib (CCS1477) with pomalidomide and dexamethasone in heavily pre‑treated patients with relapsed or refractory multiple myeloma. The single‑arm, open‑label study aims to enroll 100 adults and is a registration‑enabling step for this all‑oral regimen, which began enrolling patients at The Royal Marsden NHS Foundation Trust (UK) and has expanded to sites in the United Kingdom and the United States.
This trial assesses a novel, orally available inhibitor of p300/CBP in combination with standard of care agents in patients with limited options, providing an all‑oral therapeutic alternative and potentially improving access and outcomes for relapsed/refractory multiple myeloma patients.
