Phase 3 Trial of Tafasitamab in Follicular Lymphoma Meets Primary End Point
The pivotal phase 3 inMIND trial of tafasitamab in combination with lenalidomide and rituximab met its primary endpoint of progression‑free survival.
A phase 3 randomized controlled trial (inMIND, NCT04680052) evaluated the addition of tafasitamab to lenalidomide and rituximab versus lenalidomide and rituximab alone in patients with relapsed or refractory follicular lymphoma. The study met the primary endpoint of progression‑free survival (PFS) by investigator assessment. Secondary endpoints, including overall PFS in the total population and PET‑CR rate, were also achieved. No new safety signals were observed with tafasitamab.
Demonstrating progression‑free survival benefit for tafasitamab plus lenalidomide and rituximab in relapsed or refractory follicular lymphoma provides a new therapeutic option for patients who have limited treatments after first‑line therapy.
