XL092 may help keep cancer cells from growing in patients with radioiodine‑refractory differentiated thyroid cancer.
The phase II trial examines the efficacy and safety of XL092, a tyrosine kinase inhibitor, in patients with differentiated thyroid cancer that has not responded to radioiodine and is locally advanced or metastatic.
