Uveal Melanoma
Tebentafusp is an immunotherapy (a bispecific gp100 peptide-HLA‑directed CD3 T‑cell engager) that has been approved by the US Food and Drug Administration to treat certain patients with unresectable or metastatic uveal melanoma.
The approval of tebentafusp represents a significant therapeutic advance for patients with metastatic uveal melanoma, a disease that historically has very limited systemic treatment options and poor survival outcomes.
