Clinical trials with anti‑PD‑1 antibodies in monotherapy and in combination with anti‑CTLA‑4 are currently recruiting patients worldwide.
Demonstrates a measurable survival benefit for patients with metastatic uveal melanoma treated with the checkpoint inhibitor Ipilimumab, a therapeutic approach not previously validated in this disease.
