Phase 1/2 Trial of S241656 in Selected RAS/MAPK Mutation-Positive Malignancies
A first‑in‑human, open‑label Phase 1/2 study evaluates the safety, tolerability and dosing of S241656 monotherapy and in combination with other anti‑cancer therapies in adults with advanced or metastatic solid tumours harbouring RAS or RAF mutations, including KRAS, HRAS, NRAS, BRAF and RAF1.
