The study retrospectively analysed salivary gland cancer (SGC) cases to develop a histology-driven molecular profiling (MP) algorithm, aiming to optimise testing strategies and guide therapeutic decision‑making in this heterogeneous malignancy.
Salivary gland cancers are rare and lack standardised systemic therapies. By tailoring MP to histological subtype, the proposal seeks to prioritise clinically actionable tests, potentially improving precision treatment and resource utilisation.
