Extended Access of Momelotinib in Adults With Myelofibrosis
Extended access is designed to evaluate the long‑term safety and efficacy of momelotinib in adults with myelofibrosis by continuing treatment and monitoring overall survival and leukemia‑free survival.
This Phase 2 study is an extended‑access program for adults with myelofibrosis who are already taking momelotinib in other studies. It aims to monitor the long‑term safety of momelotinib, as well as its impact on overall survival and the prevention of progression to leukemia.
