Izalontamab brengitecan is a bispecific antibody‑drug conjugate targeting EGFR and HER3, showing promising activity across EGFR exon20 insertions and HER2 mutations, thereby addressing unmet needs in NSCLC subgroups lacking effective targeted therapies.
