Antibody‑Drug Conjugate Proves Active in Ovarian Cancer

Cancer research · Ovarian cancer

The TROP2‑directed antibody‑drug conjugate DB‑1305/BNT325 demonstrated durable antitumor activity, achieving a 41.4% overall objective response rate in patients with previously treated ovarian cancer.

In a phase‑1/2a trial (NCT05438329) of 58 heavily pre‑treated ovarian cancer patients, DB‑1305/BNT325 achieved an overall objective response rate of 41.4%, with durable responses and a manageable safety profile.

These findings support further clinical development of a novel TROP2‑directed ADC as a new therapeutic option for patients with limited alternatives in platinum‑resistant ovarian cancer.
