T-cell lymphomas are rare and aggressive malignancies for which standard therapies have limited efficacy. ONO-4685 offers a novel bispecific antibody that engages PD‑1 on tumor cells and CD3 on T‑cells, potentially reactivating immune responses and providing a new therapeutic avenue for patients with relapsed or refractory T‑cell lymphoma.
