Becotatug Vedotin Plus Pucotenlimab and... | Clinical Trial
The trial aims to evaluate the 40‑week complete response rate of Becotatug Vedotin combined with Pucotenlimab and capecitabine in EGFR‑positive locally advanced anal squamous cell carcinoma.
This single‑arm, Phase II exploratory study will enroll patients with EGFR‑positive locally advanced squamous cell carcinoma of the anal canal. Patients receive induction therapy with Becotatug Vedotin, Pucotenlimab and Capecitabine, followed by concurrent chemoradiotherapy‑immunotherapy (capecitabine, Pucotenlimab, mitomycin‑C with radiotherapy) and a 1‑year maintenance phase of Pucotenlimab. The primary objective is to assess the 40‑week complete response rate and safety of this novel full‑course treatment paradigm.
Assessing a novel combination of an antibody‑drug conjugate, checkpoint inhibitor and chemotherapy could provide an effective full‑course regimen for EGFR‑positive anal squamous cell carcinoma, a disease with limited treatment options.
