The study met its primary endpoint, showing superior progression‑free survival with the venetoclax combination, and demonstrated a manageable safety profile during a 12‑month fixed‑duration regimen.
A fixed‑duration venetoclax‑based regimen could replace continuous therapy for CLL, reducing treatment burden and potentially improving quality of life for patients.
