This retrospective analysis shows that omitting myeloablative therapy (MAT) following Rapid COJEC induction chemotherapy does not compromise event‑free survival (EFS) or overall survival (OS) in children with high‑risk neuroblastoma.
Demonstrating that MAT can be safely avoided supports a treatment approach that reduces toxicity while preserving survival outcomes for high‑risk neuroblastoma patients.
