Development of a PNI-Based Prognostic Model for Patients with Unresectable Hepatocellular Carcinoma Treated with Lenvatinib-Based Triple Therapy
Median overall survival (OS) was 33.1 months (95% CI, 30.5-not reached) and median progression-free survival (PFS) was 10.2 months (95% CI, 9.0-12.6) in the overall cohort.
This retrospective multicenter cohort study evaluated the prognostic value of the prognostic nutritional index (PNI) in patients with unresectable hepatocellular carcinoma (uHCC) receiving locoregional therapy (LRT), lenvatinib, and a programmed death‑1 (PD‑1) inhibitor. Median overall survival (OS) was 33.1 months (95 % CI, 30.5‑not reached) and median progression‑free survival (PFS) was 10.2 months (95 % CI, 9.0‑12.6) in the overall cohort.
Understanding survival outcomes informs risk stratification and guides individualized treatment planning for patients with advanced hepatocellular carcinoma who receive combined locoregional and systemic therapy.
