Adagrasib Monotherapy and in Combination With Pembrolizumab for KRAS G12C‑Positive Non‑Small Cell Lung Cancer (NSCLC)
Adagrasib (MRTX849) combined with pembrolizumab is being investigated for efficacy and safety in patients with advanced NSCLC carrying a KRAS G12C mutation.
The Phase 2 portion of this study evaluates the efficacy and safety of MRTX849 monotherapy and in combination with pembrolizumab in cohorts of patients with advanced NSCLC with KRAS G12C mutation and any PD‑L1 TPS and who are candidates for first‑line treatment.
Identifying effective targeted therapy for KRAS G12C‑mutated NSCLC could improve outcomes in a subset of patients with limited treatment options.
