Polatuzumab vedotin (Pola) is a novel antibody–drug conjugate targeting the B‑cell receptor component CD79b; however, evidence regarding its real‑world efficacy remains relatively limited. This retrospective study aims to evaluate the clinical efficacy of Pola in combination therapy.
