OS Therapies Reports Significant OST-HER2 Survival Data - OSTX
A statistically significant overall survival benefit was observed in an interim 3‑year OS analysis of the Phase 2b trial of OST‑HER2 for pulmonary metastatic osteosarcoma (Metastatic Osteosarcoma Program).
OS Therapies, Inc. announced a statistically significant benefit for patients treated with OST‑HER2 in an interim 3‑year overall survival (OS) analysis of its Phase 2b trial for pulmonary metastatic osteosarcoma (Metastatic Osteosarcoma Program). 71.2 % of OST‑HER2–treated patients achieved 3‑year OS versus 45.8 % of patients in a historical control group (p = 0.002). 41 patients were enrolled and two had not yet reached 3‑years at cut‑off.
If FDA approval is obtained, OST‑HER2 could become the first specifically targeted immunotherapy for osteosarcoma—a disease without new approvals in four decades—potentially improving survival for a historically underserved patient population.
