Clinical Trials

Rákkutatás · Chronic lymphocytic leukemia

In an early‑stage clinical trial, zanubrutinib‑sonrotoclax‑obinutuzumab was well tolerated and all patients with CLL / SLL responded to treatment.

In August, clinical research teams activated a phase 4 study to track the long‑term safety and efficacy of pirtobrutinib, a non‑covalent BTK inhibitor approved for treating chronic lymphocytic leukemia and other non‑Hodgkin lymphomas. The study follows patients who previously participated in the original pirtobrutinib trial and aims to monitor sustained benefit and potential long‑term side effects.

The result suggests that the combination regimen may offer a well‑tolerated and highly effective treatment option for patients with chronic lymphocytic leukemia or small lymphocytic lymphoma, potentially improving outcomes in this patient population.
