Post Polycythemia Vera Myelofibrosis
Post-polycythemia vera myelofibrosis is a rare bone marrow disorder that occurs after polycythemia vera, a type of blood cancer.
The condition leads to fibrous tissue development in the bone marrow, causing anemia, fatigue and splenomegaly, and can be treated with medications, blood transfusions or bone‑marrow transplants.
