This Phase 2 study evaluates the safety and efficacy of telisotuzumab vedotin combined with osimertinib in patients with non‑small cell lung cancer that has progressed on osimertinib, focusing on tumors overexpressing c‑Met.
The combination provides a dual mechanism—targeting c‑Met‑driven growth and inhibiting EGFR‑dependent signaling—to overcome resistance to osimertinib and potentially improve outcomes in a hard‑to‑treat subgroup of NSCLC.
