E2A selectively regulates TGF‑β‑induced apoptosis in KRAS‑mutant non‑small cell lung cancer
This article demonstrates that the transcription factor E2A drives resistance to TGF‑β‑induced apoptosis specifically in KRAS‑mutant non‑small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) cell lines. Loss of E2A restores apoptosis and enhances radiation sensitivity, suggesting that E2A is a potential therapeutic target for KRAS‑mutant NSCLC.
