PDS Biotech Announces Publication of Positive PDS01ADC Interim Phase 2 Clinical Trial Data from Stage 1 of NCI-led Metastatic Colorectal Cancer (mCRC) Trial
Positive results from Stage 1 of a Phase 2 clinical trial of PDS01ADC in metastatic colorectal cancer demonstrate an Objective Response Rate of 77.8% and a 24‑month survival rate of ~85% when combined with hepatic artery infusion pump therapy.
These findings suggest that PDS01ADC, a tumor‑targeted IL‑12 immunocytokine, can markedly improve response rates and survival in patients with microsatellite stable metastatic colorectal cancer, a subgroup with limited effective therapies.
